Mr. Gilles Dupuis, P.Eng., is a well-respected engineering professional with 52 years of experience in the design, finance, construction, and operation of major engineering projects in Quebec and worldwide. He held senior leadership positions in the engineering firm BPR Inc. and, upon a merger, with Tetra Tech Inc. Mr. Dupuis focuses on the valorization of residues, alternate energy production, energy & process heat audits, and process technologies for battery metals, such as lithium. He brings his years of productive experience in industry joint ventures and government collaboration to the Company.

Andre Gauthier, P. Eng, P.GEO, MSC has over 47 years of experience in the Mining Exploration field and has worked in over 35 countries. He has a BSC in Geology Eng. and an MSC from UQAC (Chicoutimi, Quebec) and is an active member and leader of many mining and professional organizations (Canada, Peru, UAE, and China). Since 2020, Andre has been leading Eval Minerals, a private company that is involved in mineral investments and advisory services.

Kristien Davenport is a highly accomplished business professional with 25 years of experience in forging strategic partnerships with senior management across both the private and public sectors. Her expertise lies in business strategy, investor relations, and corporate communications, where she excels in areas such as business development, and public relations. Kristien is highly skilled in capital funding and comprehensive business administration. Her impressive career spans various industries, including renewable energy, natural resources, new technology, multimedia production and design, as well as recruitment and staffing. This showcases her versatility and commitment to driving success.

Dr. Tansey currently serves as the founding CEO of Carbon Done Right Developments Inc. and was previously the founder and CEO of NatureBank Asset Management, where he led landmark carbon credit initiatives including the Great Bear Rainforest project and the first carbon-neutral Olympic Games (Vancouver 2010). His expertise aligns directly with VanadiumCorp’s commitment to low-carbon operations and renewable energy.

In addition to his leadership in carbon markets, Dr. Tansey has played a pivotal role in advancing critical mineral technologies. As a founding advisor to Syniad Innovations, he has supported the commercialization of low-energy nickel extraction and advanced materials—key technologies for the clean energy transition and sustainable mining.

Dr. Tansey’s extensive experience in ESG governance and policy includes service on the BC Clean Energy Advisory Task Force, the Federal Social Finance Committee, and advisory roles with the United Nations Environment Programme. His insights into Indigenous partnerships, sustainable finance, and stakeholder engagement will further strengthen VanadiumCorp’s board oversight.
