The Lac Laura Property is a 100% owned exploration-stage gold project held
by VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. It comprises 39 mineral claims totaling
550.65 hectares, located in Lévy Township near Chapais, Québec, within the
Chibougamau-Chapais mining camp. The property is adjacent to the historic
Cooke Mine (now part of the Opemiska Copper-Gold Project) and benefits
from nearby infrastructure including Highway 113, rail, and power. It
hosts gold mineralization associated with shear-hosted vein systems in the
Blondeau Formation and Bourbeau Intrusive Suite.
VanadiumCorp acquired the property in 2007 and conducted limited drilling
from 2007 to 2012. A historical technical report titled “Technical Report
on the Laura Lake Project,” prepared by Christian Derosier, P.Geo., dated
June 30, 2012, reviews prior exploration work. This report is historical
and for informational purposes only. The Company has not independently
verified all data and does not treat any historical estimates (e.g., a
1997 non-NI 43-101 estimate of 163,295 tonnes at 5.83 g/t gold in the 113
North Zone) as current mineral resources or reserves. A Qualified Person
has not done sufficient work to classify them as current, and investors
should not rely on them. The property has no current NI 43-101-compliant
resource.
